Turkish meat kebab
A nice Turkish recipe. The gluten-free main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic (pressed), traditional olive oil, fresh carrots and fresh flat parsley.

Mix the minced meat with the garlic, the cumin and the freshly ground chili pepper. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the minced meat into 8 portions and form 8 sausages. Put a skewer through each sausage and spread the sausages thinly with the olive oil.

Heat a grill pan and roast the kebab in 10-12 minutes around golden brown and done.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan and fry the potato wedges until golden brown and crispy. Change them regularly.

Wash the carrots and scrape them clean. Boil the carrots in little water with salt in 6-8 minutes until crispy and finish them.

Slice the parsley. Spoon the carrots with the last tablespoon of olive oil, the parsley and salt and pepper to taste.

Scoop the fragrant carrots and crispy potatoes on the plates. Place 2 kebab skewers on each plate.
