Tuscan lamb rack
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tapenade of sundried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, paprika powder (spicy), fresh rosemary (needles, finely chopped) and rack of lamb (French a 200 g each).

In a small bowl mix tapenade with vinegar, oil, paprika and rosemary. Carefully wrap the lamb racks with a marinade. Lay in shell, cover and marinate rack of lamb in refrigerator for 1 hour.
