Vanilla ice cream with raspberries and balsamic syrup


A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: balsamic vinegar, sugar, raspberries (box of 250 g, frozen), powdered sugar and vanilla ice cream (1 liter container).

Directions

  1. Put the balsamic vinegar with the sugar in a pan, keep stirring and bring to the boil. Let the mixture boil for 2 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool.
  2. Heat the frozen raspberries in a saucepan for 3 minutes. Stir in the raspberries until a coarse puree is formed. Add the icing sugar.
  3. Divide the raspberry puree over 4 glasses. Put 2 rolls of roll ice cream in each glass and garnish each ball with a little balsamic syrup.
