Veal mince skewers with sage


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon, white bread (crusted), veal minced, olive oil, shallots (grated), garlic (pressed), basil (finely chopped or frozen), valened apricots (finely chopped), sage (from bag of fresh Italian spice mix a 20 g), capers and tapenade of dried tomatoes.

Directions

  1. Cut thin slices of lemon 5. Cut slices into quarters. Bread in a few spoons of water for weeks, well squeeze out. Mix in bowl mince with soaked bread, 3 tbsp oil, shallot, garlic, basil and chopped apricot. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form 24 balls of it. Mix meatballs alternately with sage leaves and wedges of lemon on skewers, start and finish with meatball. Store in a refrigerator until use. In bowl capers stir through tapenade.
  2. Skewers thinly spread with remaining oil and meatballs on barbecue in approx. 15 min. Brown and cooked through. Spies serve with caper's tapenade.
