  3. Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
  4. Place the potato and zucchini slices alternately in rows on the greased baking tray.
  5. Ris the thyme of the twigs and sprinkle with salt and pepper over the slices.
  6. Sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
  7. Put the baking tray in the hot oven for 45 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the veal entrecotes with salt and pepper, place a fresh sage leaf (from the Italian spice mix).
  9. Wrap a slice of Parma ham around the sirloin steak and secure with a cocktail stick.
  10. Ten minutes before the casserole is ready, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan.
  11. Fry the sirloin steak over a high heat in 2 minutes.
  12. Pour in the marsala and let it run on medium heat for another 2-3 minutes.
  13. Turn the meat halfway.
  14. The meat may still be a little rosé inside.
  15. Serve the potatoes and zucchini on warm plates, lay the meat on it and spoon the sauce out of the pan over it..
