Fresh curry tandoori with six-grain mix, vegetarian beef, cauliflower and broccoli, tandoori sauce and spinach.

Directions

  1. Prepare the six-grain mix according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the vegastukjes 1 min.
  3. Halve the large cauliflower and broccoli florets and add all the florets. Stir fry 2 minutes.
  4. Add the curry tandoori and bring to the boil.
  5. Turn off the heat. Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time. Serve the curry with the six-grain mix.
