Clean broccoli, divide into florets, cut stems and cook in 6 min. Fry butter in frying pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Heat residual butter in frying pan with non-stick coating and bake vegetable slices for 4-6 minutes.

Peel garlic. Mix garlic, tomatoes and capers in a food processor. Add oil while machine is running, until a coherent whole is created. Serving vegetable slices with tapenade, fried potatoes and broccoli.
