Vegetable dish with bouncer
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cherry tomatoes, green asparagus tips (dish), haricots verts, roasted red peppers (pot), Serrano ham (each about 3 mm thick), chorizo sausage (in slices of 2 mm), parsley, eggs ( M), mild paprika powder and butter or margarine to grease.

Preheat oven to 200 ºC or gas oven 4.

Bring to the boil in pan.

To wash and halve.

Cut off 1/2 of asparagus underside.

Cut off pieces of haricots vertically and cut them into pieces.

Asparagus and haricots boil in boiling water for approx.
-
2 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water.

Pepper the dried peppers with kitchen paper and cut into strips.

Cut the ham into cubes.

Cut slices of chorizo into quarters.

Chop minced parsley.
-
Grease the dishes.

To lay with cutting edge down in trays.

Break 2 eggs above each dish.

Place asparagus, haricots verts, pepper strips, ham and chorizo slices on top and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

Bake dishes in the middle of oven in 15 to 20 minutes until egg is done.

Delicious with baked slices of white bread..
