Vegetable package with bluefin cheese
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: celery, red onions, oyster mushrooms (150 g), oil, pepper and Danish blue (cheese).

Wash the celery, clean and cut stems into pieces of approx. 5 cm. Peel onions and cut each into 6 parts. Clean oyster mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into strips. Heat in wok oil. Cover the celery and onions for about 2 minutes. Stir in oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes on high heat. Season with pepper. Let it cool down. Spread 6 pieces of approx. 30x30 cm from aluminum foil. To create vegetables in the middle of aluminum foil. Cut cheese into cubes and divide into vegetables. Fold foil around vegetables up and fold up into packages.

Place packages on barbecue and heat for approx. 5 minutes.
