Vegetable skewers with yoghurt dip
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: cherry tomatoes (250g container), mini-mozzarella (bag 150g), Parisian carrots (bag 300g), Greek yoghurt 0% and pesto alla genovese (duo pack 2 x 90g).

Place a tomato, a ball of mozzarella and a Parisian carrot in succession on 3 pricks.

Mix the yogurt and pesto in a small bowl and put the lid on. Put the bowl with the dip and skewers in a lunch box.
