Vegetarian Nasi with fried egg


Vegetarian nasi with tofu, carrot, red pepper, garlic, white cabbage, sweet soy sauce and a fried egg.

Directions

  1. Cook the rice. Heat the oil and fry the tofu in 3 minutes. Keep separate.
  2. Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. Cut the pepper into strips and the garlic fine.
  3. Heat the oil in the same wok and fry the slices of carrot for 2 minutes. Add the pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Fry the garlic briefly. Add the coals, scoop and take the wok from the fire.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the eggs as you like to eat them.
  6. Put the wok weather on the fire and add the rice. Add the ketjapmarinadetoe and shovel.
  7. Mix in the tofu and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the eggs.
