Tandoori with vegetarian wok pieces, carrot, asparagus broccoli and nut rice.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the roots into 1 cm sloping slices. Cut the onion into half rings.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the onion 2 min. Add the wok pieces and cook for 2 min. Add the carrot and stir-fry for 1 min.

Add the asparagus broccoli and tandoori sauce. Let the vegetables be cooked over a low heat for 10 minutes. Serve the vegetarian curry with the nut rice.
