Cook the rice according to the instructions for use. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes. Heat oil in frying pan and fry Tivall pieces in 2 min.

Add tomatoes and fry for 1 min. Add the sauce and heat for 3 minutes. Peel and chop onions. Cucumber and slice into cucumber.

Stir in remaining oil, vinegar, salt and pepper dressing. Mix with cucumber and onion. Serve rice with masala sauce and salad.
