Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes. Heat oil in frying pan and fry Tivall pieces in 2 min.
  2. Add tomatoes and fry for 1 min. Add the sauce and heat for 3 minutes. Peel and chop onions. Cucumber and slice into cucumber.
  3. Stir in remaining oil, vinegar, salt and pepper dressing. Mix with cucumber and onion. Serve rice with masala sauce and salad.
