Vegetarian sausages with mustard mayonnaise
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: zucchini, vegetarian sausages (a 5 pieces), olive oil (to cover), crème fraîche, mustard, caraway seed (kummel) and mayonnaise.

Cut off the ends and scrape the courgette with a peeler or cheese slicer into long thin slices. Wrap the zucchini slices around the sausages and stick them with a cocktail stick. Spread the zucchini thinly with oil and sprinkle with pepper. Keep the sausages covered in the refrigerator. Stir in the crème fraîche, mustard and caraway seed through the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Keep the mustard mayonnaise covered in the refrigerator.

Place the vegetarian sausages on a greased griddle over medium hot fire and roast them in 4-6 minutes around brown and warm. Give the mustard mayonnaise with it.
