Vietnamese rolls

A tasty asian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, sunflower oil, garlic (finely chopped), spring onions (in rings), chopped (half-to-half), liquid (honey), biscuits, ground cumin (djinten), fresh coriander (finely chopped), filo pastry ((frozen) and thawed).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Heat in a small frying pan ½ tablespoon of oil and fry the garlic and spring onions gently for 1 minute. Add the minced meat and fry it on a high heat. Stir in the honey, gingerbread, cumin and coriander. Stew everything for another 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Allow the minced meat to cool slightly.
  2. Cut the packet of dough sheets in half, so that there are 20 pieces of dough. Spread a piece of dough and brush it thinly with oil. Scoop a strip of minced meat 2 cm from the bottom. Fold the sides over the filling and roll the dough firmly.
  3. Place the rolls on the baking sheet and brush them with the rest of the oil. Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake the rolls for about 15 minutes until golden brown and done. Serve them lukewarm or at room temperature. Tasty coriander and sweet chili sauce.
