Directions

  1. Light the barbecue (with lid).
  2. Remove the green leaves from the cauliflower and wrap the coals in a piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Place the cauliflower on the barbecue grill when the coals are red-hot.
  4. Put the lid on the barbecue and let the cauliflower be cooked for about 45 minutes. Times regularly.
  5. Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into rings and grate the cheddar.
  6. Put half of the spring onion together with the cheddar and the cayenne pepper in a refractory or aluminum container.
  7. Crumble the goat cheese above it. Add the water and stir.
  8. Remove the cauliflower from the barbecue, remove the foil and put the cauliflower back on the barbecue for another 5 minutes. Times regularly.
  9. Place the container with the cheese sauce next to it, so that the cheese melts. Stir in a smooth sauce with a whisk or fork.
  10. Serve the whole cauliflower on a nice dish with the sauce next to it. Sprinkle with the rest of the spring onion.
