Ingredients
Directions
-
Light the barbecue (with lid).
-
Remove the green leaves from the cauliflower and wrap the coals in a piece of aluminum foil.
-
Place the cauliflower on the barbecue grill when the coals are red-hot.
-
Put the lid on the barbecue and let the cauliflower be cooked for about 45 minutes. Times regularly.
-
Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into rings and grate the cheddar.
-
Put half of the spring onion together with the cheddar and the cayenne pepper in a refractory or aluminum container.
-
Crumble the goat cheese above it. Add the water and stir.
-
Remove the cauliflower from the barbecue, remove the foil and put the cauliflower back on the barbecue for another 5 minutes. Times regularly.
-
Place the container with the cheese sauce next to it, so that the cheese melts. Stir in a smooth sauce with a whisk or fork.
-
Serve the whole cauliflower on a nice dish with the sauce next to it. Sprinkle with the rest of the spring onion.
