Wholemeal spaghetti with spinach mince
Pasta with tomato sauce and meatballs with spinach.

Let the spinach drain in a sieve. Slice the garlic and crumble the rusks.

Mix in a bowl the mince with the spinach, garlic, Italian herbs, the egg and rusk. Add pepper and possibly salt.

Knead together and roll out 20 balls.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in brown for 5 minutes. Pour in the tomato sauce and add the Italian herbs.

Let simmer for 10 minutes. Add pepper and possibly salt.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti. Drain the pasta and serve with the meatballs and sauce.
