Winter salad with celeriac
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: hazelnuts (75 g), winter carrots, celeriac (cleaned), red wine vinegar, (walnuts) oil, iceberg lettuce with frisée (200 g), lamb's lettuce (75 g), fresh chives ((a 25 g) and in pieces of 1 cm).

Spread hazelnuts until golden brown in dry frying pan.

Cool on plate.

Carrot the carrot with peeler (or cheese slicer) and plan in ribbons.

Cut celeriac into slices of 1 cm thick and scrape with peeler in ribbons.

In salad bowl vinegar, beat with oil and salt and pepper to taste until dressing.

Mix the melange, lamb's lettuce, chive, carrot and celeriac lightly.

Sprinkle hazelnuts over it.

Nice with fried steak or chicken fillet..
