Let the cheese cubes drain and collect 4 tbsp of the oil.

Heat the collected oil in a frying pan and fry the soup balls for 2 min. On medium heat. Add the wok vegetable and stir-fry in 6 minutes until al dente.

In the meantime, finely chop the celery and let the olives drain.

Spoon the vegetable mixture, the celery, olives and cheese cubes together. Season with pepper and salt. Serve with the hummus.
