Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile cut the chicken into equal pieces and sprinkle with the shichimi togarashi and possibly salt. Slice the garlic.
  3. Heat the peanut oil in a wok and fry the chicken for 6 minutes on medium heat. Times regularly. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
  4. Heat the peanut oil and the sesame oil in the woks and fry the garlic and shiitake on a medium heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the samphire, bean sprouts and sesame seed. Stir fry for 1 min. Add the noodles and chicken and cook for 2 minutes. Serve immediately. Yummy! .
