Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shawarma in 7-8 minutes until golden brown and done.
  2. In the meantime, remove the hard core from the lettuce and cut the lettuce into thin strips. Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into thin slices.
