A tasty recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: low-fat yoghurt, fresh juice apple / pear / raspberry (bottle 500 ml), muesli, banana (peeled and sliced), apple ((eg elstar) and in parts).

Directions

  1. Divide the yogurt and juice over 4 bowls. Shovel.
  2. Add 3 tbsp muesli to each bowl, some slices of banana and peeled apple slices.
