Almond bread pudding
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: egg yolks, whipped cream (125 ml), vanilla sugar, brown bread, almond speculoos, almond paste and butter to grease.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas mark 4.

Dice the yolks with cream and 1 bag of vanilla sugar.

Cut crusts of bread and cut bread into cubes.
