Almond creams
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: almond shavings (a 55 g), whipped cream (250 ml), crème fraîche (125 ml), eggs, white-tasting sugar, semolina pudding (almond (90 g)), raspberries (a 250 g and deep-freeze).

Preheat the oven to 160 ºC. Roast the almond shavings 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter until golden brown. Let cool on a plate. Whisk together the whipped cream, crème fraîche, eggs, sugar and semolina pudding with a whisk.

Divide half of the almond shavings and raspberries over the dishes. Pour the batter over and sprinkle with the rest of the almond shavings. Fry the almond creams in the center of the oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown. Serve lukewarm or cold.
