American cheeseburger
A tasty american recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cheddar (tophat 48 (cheese), grated), chives ((a 25 g), finely chopped), ground beef, breadcrumbs (packs of 150 g), egg, smoked breakfast bacon (packet approx. 125 g) ), white dumplings with sesame (halved), cabbage lettuce, tomatoes (in slices), onion (in thin rings), pickles (in slices) and ketchup.

Ingredients
- 50 g Cheddar tophat 48 (cheese), grated
- Tray chives (a 25 g), finely chopped
- 400 g minced beef
- 1 el bread crumbs packets of 150 g
- 1 egg
- 8 slices smoked bacon pack of approx. 125 g
- 4 white bread rolls with sesame halved
- Lettuce
- 2 tomatoes in slices
- 1 onion in thin rings
- 2 pickles in slices
- 4 el Ketchup

Light the barbecue. Mix the cheese and chives. Knead the minced meat with breadcrumbs, egg and pepper and salt to taste. Form 4 balls with moist hands. Press a dimple here, fill it with the cheese-chive mixture and close it with minced meat. Form flat citizens.

Fry the bacon for 5 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Drain on kitchen paper.

Grill the burgers on the barbecue or in the grill pan for 5-8 minutes. Roast the rolls on the cutting edge for 1 min. Cover the bottom halves with lettuce and tomato, then with the burger and the bacon and finally with the onion, pickles and ketchup. Cover with the upper roll halves. Delicious with (oven) fries and white-cabbage salad.
