Banana-soy pancakes with coconut and blackberries
Pancakes of banana and egg with cottage cheese and cinnamon with blackberries, maple syrup and coconut grater.

Prepare half of the bananas and cut the rest of the banana into slices.

Beat in a bowl the eggs with the mashed bananas, Alpro Go On, baking powder, cinnamon, the almond flour and a pinch of salt with a whisk.

Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat and bake 2 to 3 thick pancakes of approx. 10 cm.

Fry the pancakes on both sides in approx. 3 min. Golden brown and done. Repeat with the rest of the batter.

Serve with the slices of banana, blackberries, maple syrup and the coconut grater.
