Banana with protein foam and marmalade
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: bananas, ground cardamom, orange marmalade (or apricot jam), proteins and sugar.

Preheat the oven grill.

Remove the peel from the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise and always put two halves with the cutting edge up and the crooked side facing each other in an oven dish.

Sprinkle the cardamom over it and cover the halves with marmalade.

Beat the egg white in a fat-free bowl.

Add the sugar and continue to whisk the egg whites until the foam shines nicely.

Spoon a quarter of the foam between the banana halves.

Put the oven dishes about 15 cm under the hot grill and let the egg white foam turn golden brown in 3-5 minutes..
