Banana with rum and orange
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: bananas, orange (the juice), rum (brown or white (liquorice)), dark brown soft sugar, butter (unsalted and in lumps).
Wash the bananas and cut them through the stem with skin and half in length. Make a few notches in the flesh. Place 2 half bananas on each piece of foil (30 cm) with the cutting surface facing up. Drizzle the flesh with the orange juice and the rum; as much as possible in the notches. Sprinkle the sugar over it and put some lumps of butter on it.
Fold the foil tightly into a package and place the packages with the folding seam on top of the grate, over medium hot fire. Grill for 5-10 minutes, until the flesh is warm and soft. Delicious with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
