Bean sprouts with pepper and carrot strips
A tasty asian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: red pepper, spring onion (3 pieces), sunflower oil, carrot julienne (150 g), rice vinegar (bottle 150 ml) and bean sprouts (250 g).

Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut the flesh into thin strips (julienne).

Halve the spring onion in length and cut into 4 cm pieces.

Heat the sunflower oil in a wok and add the pepper, spring onion and carrot julienne.

Scoop the rice vinegar and cook for 4 minutes on a high heat.

Add the bean sprouts and cook for a further 1 min.

Tasty with an omelette..
