Gnocchi with spring onion
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, gnocchi di patate (500 g), Gruyère ((cheese) grated) and spring onions ((3 pieces) in slanted rings).

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the gnocchi and fry in 10 minutes until golden brown and done. Change regularly.

After 8 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Divide over 4 plates and scoop the spring onions.
