Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the gnocchi and fry in 10 minutes until golden brown and done. Change regularly.
  2. After 8 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Divide over 4 plates and scoop the spring onions.
