Beef stew with ratatouille
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ratatouille package (vegetables, 1 kilo), rib-beef rags (400 g), margarine, tomato sauce (passata di pomodoro, 500 ml), fresh parsley (30 g) and brown baguette.

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.

Clean vegetables (from package).
