Beefburger with baked garlic potatoes
Baked garlic potatoes with a hamburger and corn salad with carrot and parsley.

Clean the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.

Heat the oil and butter and fry the potatoes for 15 minutes on medium heat. Season regularly so that they are golden brown and cooked.

Grill the burgers in a grill pan for about 15 minutes. Times regularly.

Peel and grate the carrot and finely chop the parsley. Mix the carrot with the oil, corn and half of the parsley.

Season with pepper and salt. Cut the garlic into slices. Add the garlic to the potatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

Sprinkle the potatoes with the rest of the parsley. Serve the potatoes with the burgers and corn salad.
