Clean the sprouts and cook them in a pan with little water in approx. 10 minutes until al dente.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Do the sprouts in an oven dish.

Prepare the cheese sauce according to the instructions on the package and pour over the sprouts. Sprinkle the cheese and the sesame seed over it.

Let the cheese color golden brown under the hot grill.
