Bun burger with cheddar
A tasty american recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, gherkin cubes, silver onion (small cut), ketchup, chives ((25 g), finely chopped), hamburgers, sunflower oil, cheddar ((cheese), grated), baking bacon, hard rolls and meat tomato (in 8 slices).

Mix the pickles with the silver onion, ketchup and half of the chives. Brush the burgers with the oil. Roast in 8 min. Until done. Turn halfway and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Roast the bacon for 2 minutes. Turn halfway.

Halve the buns. Place them on the barbecue very quickly with the cutting edge. Stay with us, because bread burns quickly. Spread some of the ketchup mixture over the bottom of the buns. Divide the bacon and tomato. Place a hamburger with cheddar and season to taste with the ketchup mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the chives and serve immediately.
