150 ml skim milk

1 felt tip pen
1 sturdy paper
1 tea strainer

Directions

Fold the paper double. Draw a half-colored Christmas tree of about 5-6 cm high on the fold with a pen. Cut out.
Place the tea strainer in a small dish. Put a small amount of icing sugar in the sieve of each color.
Make the espresso in a cappuccino cup. Foam the milk in a milk frother.
Spoon the milk foam on the espresso. Smooth.
Place the template or the cut out Christmas tree on the coffee and sprinkle with the 4 colors icing sugar using the sieve.
