Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the herbs and spices for 3 minutes.
  2. Put the spice mixture in a saucepan and bring to the boil with the water, milk and tea bags. Let gently draw for 10 minutes on low heat.
  3. Strain the tea and serve.
