Cheese burger
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: old white bread (without crust), fresh basil (15 g), dairy spread (chives (150 g)), grated cheese, eggs, butter, brown bread (pain de boulogne), arugula (lettuce, a 75 g) and tasty tom tomatoes (in slices).

Crumble the bread in the food processor.

Keep 8 basil leaves separate, cut the rest fine.

In a bowl, mix half of the bread crumbs with the dairy spread, grated cheese, chopped basil, 1 egg and some pepper to a homogeneous mass.

With 4 hands, form 4 citizens.

Preheat the oven grill.

Beat the remaining egg in a deep plate.

Take the cheese burgers one by one through the egg and then through the rest of the bread crumbs.

Press the bread crumble well.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the cheese burgers golden brown in 2-3 minutes per side.

Roast the slices of bread under the hot oven grill in 3 minutes until golden brown.

Place 4 slices of bread on 4 plates and place a large tuft of rocket.

Put the cheese burger on top, garnish with the slices of tomato and the trailed leaves of basil.

Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top and serve immediately.

Delicious with tomato ketchup..
