Cheese burger


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: old white bread (without crust), fresh basil (15 g), dairy spread (chives (150 g)), grated cheese, eggs, butter, brown bread (pain de boulogne), arugula (lettuce, a 75 g) and tasty tom tomatoes (in slices).

Directions

  1. Crumble the bread in the food processor.
  2. Keep 8 basil leaves separate, cut the rest fine.
  3. In a bowl, mix half of the bread crumbs with the dairy spread, grated cheese, chopped basil, 1 egg and some pepper to a homogeneous mass.
  4. With 4 hands, form 4 citizens.
  5. Preheat the oven grill.
  6. Beat the remaining egg in a deep plate.
  7. Take the cheese burgers one by one through the egg and then through the rest of the bread crumbs.
  8. Press the bread crumble well.
  9. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the cheese burgers golden brown in 2-3 minutes per side.
  10. Roast the slices of bread under the hot oven grill in 3 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Place 4 slices of bread on 4 plates and place a large tuft of rocket.
  12. Put the cheese burger on top, garnish with the slices of tomato and the trailed leaves of basil.
  13. Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top and serve immediately.
  14. Delicious with tomato ketchup..
