Chicken cucumber burger
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, shallots, chicken strips (meat) (a 300 g), fresh parsley (finely chopped), lemon juice, egg, olive oil, pistolets (love and passion), lettuce and cucumber (in slices).

Cut 1 shallot into pieces and the other into rings.

Puree the chicken strips in the food processor with the pieces of shallot, parsley, lemon juice and egg, season with salt and pepper.

With 8 hands, mold 8 burgers and let them stiffen in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and done.

Cut the bread rolls open and grill the cutting edges in a hot grill pan.

Wash the salad leaves, dry them and place them on the bottom bread halves.

Put the cucumber on top, 2 burgers on each bun and the shallot rings.

Sprinkle with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
