Chicken curry with bok choy and rice
Indian curry with chicken, paprika, bok choy and garlic. Served with basmati rice.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in the frying pan and bake brown. Clean the peppers and cut into pieces. Spoon the bell pepper with the chicken and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour in the curry sauce and let it simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut the pak choi in half lengthwise and cut the hard pieces away. Wash the rest, cut into thin strips and pat dry.

Heat the rest of the oil and the wok, squeeze out the garlic and stir-fry. Stir in the bok choy, stir fry 2-3 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Serve the curry with rice and bok choy.
