Chicken fillet with creamy paprika


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, peppers red / green / yellow, onions, (olive) oil, mashed potatoes à la minute (3 bags a 60 g), chicken breast (about 350 g), cooking cream (cuisine light and 250 ml ).

Directions

  1. Clean and chip peppers.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry onions.
  4. Add the pepper and lightly fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.
  6. Season chicken fillet with salt and pepper.
  7. Heat residual oil in frying pan and chicken fillet in brown and cooked through for 12 minutes.
  8. Pour the cream with paprika, heat for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Divide the chicken into four pieces and serve with creamy peppers and puree..
