Chicken in saffron-almond sauce
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, onion, garlic, chicken legs (a 250 g), salt and freshly ground pepper, olive oil, white wine, saffron, white almonds, whipped cream and white grapes.

Peel and chop onions.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Sprinkle chicken bolts with salt and pepper.

Fry olive oil in frying pan and fry chicken legs over high heat for about 5 minutes around golden brown.

Remove the chicken legs from the pan and gently fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes in the remaining olive oil.

Heat wine and saffron in saucepan.

In the food processor, mix onion and almonds with 1 dl of warm wine.

Boil almond sauce, warm wine, whipped cream and a pinch of salt in a frying pan while stirring.

Allow chicken legs to cook on soft heat for about 30 to 40 minutes in almond sauce.

In the meantime, clean grapes, halve and remove pips.

Fry chicken with saffron-almond sauce on serving plate and garnish with grapes..
