Chicken skewers in saffron marinade
A tasty recipe. The gluten-free appetizer contains the following ingredients: poultry, saffron (0.05 g, AH), lemon juice (AH), honey (AH), ginger powder (AH), ground cardamom (AH), chicken fillet (in pieces) and olive oil (AH).

Soak the saffron for 5 minutes in the lemon juice. Stir in the honey, ginger powder and cardamom. Add the chicken and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Thread the chicken on the skewers, brush with the oil and grill the skewers in the grill pan in 8 min. Golden brown and done. Turn around regularly. Tasty with sesame seeds (AH).
