Chicken stir fry with string beans, sweet peppers and sweet chilli sauce
The elongated string bean you wok tonight with chicken, pepper, onion, grated ginger, noodles and sweet chilli sauce.

Remove the stem infeed from the string beans and halve the beans in width. Cut the halves in length into strips of ½ cm thick.

Boil the noodles for 5 minutes in a large pan of water. Add the beans after 1 min and cook. Drain and drain well.

Slice the garlic and peel and grate the ginger. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the minced meat with pepper and salt on a high heat for 5 minutes until golden brown and done.

In the meantime, remove the seed lists from the peppers and cut the flesh into thin strips. Cut the salad onions into rings.

Fry the garlic, ginger and paprika for 3 minutes while stirring on high heat with the minced meat. Spoon the noodles and string beans through and warm for 1 min.

Mix in the chilli sauce, spread over deep plates and sprinkle with the salad onion.
