Ingredients
Directions
-
Grate the green skin thinly from the lime and squeeze out the fruit.
-
Mix the lime juice with oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Spoon the chicken fillets through them and marinate them for 20 minutes at room temperature. In the meantime, reuse them again.
-
In another bowl, mix the grated lime zest with the garlic, the parsley and possibly the coriander.
-
Put the chicken fillets on a satéstick each. Heat the grill pan. Grill the chicken over medium heat for about 4 minutes until the tenderloins leave the ribs of the pan. Dab the unbaked side with a piece of kitchen paper dry. Turn the sticks and grill the other side for another 3 minutes.
-
Divide the skewers over 4 plates and put the gremolata on them. Delicious with pandan rice cooked in coconut milk and green beans with tomato.
