Chicken with sage and lemon in a crispy jacket
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, lemon, chicken breasts, salt and freshly ground pepper, Parmesan cheese (sage), sage, egg (L), flour, breadcrumbs and olive oil.

Lemon wash and peel on fine graters. Half of lemon squeezing. Cut chicken fillets in half. Make a deep notch in each piece of chicken with a sharp knife. Chicken with lemon juice and lemon juice. Heat oil in large frying pan. Cook the chicken gently in about 10 minutes; to turn halfway. Cut the rest of lemon into slices and serve with chicken. Tasty with fresh pasta and for example broccoli.
