Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into pieces.

With the garlic, coriander, parsley, the leaves of the mint, oregano, oil and vinegar in a tall cup.

Mix so briefly with a hand blender that the ingredients are still visible.

Or use a separate chopper for a slightly coarser result.
