Chinese stir-fry with black bean sauce


Stir fry dish of Chinese egg, coriander, shrimp, stir-fried vegetables, black bean sauce and cashew nuts.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Slice the coriander. Wash the lime clean and cut into 4 parts.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the shrimp for 1 min. On a high heat.
  3. Add the stir-fry vegetable and stir-fry 3 minutes on medium heat. Scoop occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the water with the black bean garlic sauce and the sugar and stir into a smooth sauce.
  5. Add the sauce and noodles to the stir-fry vegetable. Heat 1 more minute and scoop well.
  6. Divide the plates and garnish with cashews, coriander and lime wedges.
