Chops with herb gravy
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, hare chops (4 pieces approx. 600 g), herb butter (a 100 g), mashed potatoes (2 x 130 g), garden pea root (frozen 450 g), fresh parsley (a 30 g) , red wine and all-in tie (pack a 200 g).
Pour chops with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in frying pan.
Pork chops in brown and cooked for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare puree and vegetables according to instructions.
Parsley finely chop.
Remove chops from the pan and keep warm.
Fry the roasting gravy with wine and simmer for approx.
2 minutes while stirring.
Add the parsley and, if necessary, bind the gravy with a bit of all-in-one.
Pork chops serve with mash, vegetables and gravy..
