Chorizo-potato-onion-tortilla
A tasty Spanish recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, ready-to-eat potato cubes, salt, pepper, olive oil, eggs and chorizo (piece).

Peel and chop onions. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in pan. Cover the onion and the potato over low heat in about 10 minutes until done but do not brown. Spoil occasionally. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper. Unscrew eggs in bowl. Cut chorizo into strips, stirring egg. Add onion and potato from shortening and stir with egg mixture. Heat residual oil in frying pan. Pour the egg mixture into pan and divide the filling over the bottom. Tortilla on medium heat for approx. 15 minutes until dry. Let tortilla cool in pan.
