Remove the stem set of the string beans. Cut the string beans into slanted pieces of 2 cm. Cook in 5 minutes in water with salt al dente. Drain, rinse cold under running water and drain.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Spoon the grater, juice, oil and almonds through the beans and keep separate.

Cut the cod with a sharp knife into 12 pieces. Halve the slices of ham in length and place a piece of fish on each 1/2 slice. Ris the seams of the rosemary.

Cut the rosemary into pieces and sprinkle over the fish and ham. Wrap the ham around the fish and stick to the side with a cocktail stick.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the packages in 5 min. Around golden brown and done. Remove the cocktail sticks. Serve with the bean salad. Tasty with baguette.
